Thank you! I was going through withdrawals! I had a great experience when I met Charlie in December. He has an enthusiastic energy combined with a down to earth delivery which draws a person completely to his story. Dan, you gave my week a kickoff on Monday night and this makes for a perfect Friday morning! I am off and running. I am looking for those who can do that flip! thanks so much for this video! consistency, to be honest, is what i struggle with. i find the wind ride it for a while, then its a breeze and i dont keep going as hard as i should or could...I am letting distractions get in the way...cant wait to listen to part two!! and more!
